GDPR means that we need to clear out old personal information on this site (www.suffolkcpd.co.uk).
Any user who has not logged into the site, or had any training booked for them AFTER 1 JANUARY 2018 will have their personal information removed on 29 March 2021.
There are a few exceptions to this rule, but the vast majority of records will be anonymised. NB Event Attendance reports will be complete – and show (for example) Anonymised User instead of actual names and email addresses.
If you are a CPD leader, and would like to have a record of former team members’ individual training, please see here (at 1:50 within the 5 minute video) for how to obtain and download comprehensive training records. Please remember to do this before 29th March 2021.
